This means that you can work over the summer on it and I will update your marks at school accordingly.

Today's Activity - Constructing Knowledge

Today we will be working on an activity in constructing and presenting our knowledge.

Go to the Class notes folder and check out PTPR 6013

We will be jigsawing this one. You and your group will be responsible for one slide or concept. We will be sharing at the end of class.

SAIT Re-Test Policy

Welcome to the word of post secondary tests.

They are difficult, as some of you found out today.

Here is the policy for completing the first quiz again:

• If you got greater than 50%, your mark is your mark. Congrats, you can move on to the next modules.
• If you scored between 45 and 49%, you may retake the quiz on Wednesday.
• If you scored less than 45%, you may have your knowledge tests reset and you will need to complete them again, using your notes, before you may retake the quiz. You should do this over Spring Break to get caught up.

We will speak tomorrow about some more advanced ways to commit things to memory.

Here is the schedule for the next couple of weeks:

• Monday March 6th - Segment 1 module 1-4  review.
• Tuesday March 7th - Module 5 completed by end of class.
• Wednesday March 8th - Begin Module 6.
• Thursday March 9th - Complete Module 6 by end of class.
• Friday Match 10th - Shortened class due to School Opening. Begin Module 7
• Monday March 13th - Complete Module 7 by end of class.
• Tuesday March 14th - Begin + complete Module 8.
• Wednesday March 15th -In class review for Segment 1 Modules 5-8. All modules (Segment 1 Modules 1-8) done in TDC.
• Thursday March 16th - SAIT Tour (AM)

Wednesday, we have Discover Engineering coming to our class from University of Calgary so you will not have class time to complete this Wednesday.

We will review all topics in DFTG 6008 Thursday at the beginning of class and then help everyone through the knowledge exam.
